Scanner

Our recommended physical scanner solution is the Fijitsu ScanSnap iX500. This scanner is the same hardware as the now unavailable Evernote Edition Scanner.

Evernote Moleskin Notebook

Stacey's choice when she takes handwrite notes, the Evernote Moleskin notebook integrates with Evernote to provide automatic organization with Evernote notebooks and tags, improved drawing and text contrast, automatic edge detection and image optimization. Two versions that we like the Moleskin Evernote Smart Notebook and the Moleskin Evernote Business Notebook which offers the option to choose what info to share and automatically add reminders when you scan pages.

LastPass

LastPass is a lifesaver. We don't know how we would manage without it. They say they are "The Best Way to Manage Passwords" and we agree. All you have to do is remember your master password and LastPass does the work of remembering the rest. Password management is an essential part of modern digital productivity. If you struggle to remember or manage your passwords, LastPass is for you.

Xero

The online account alternative to QuickBooks, Xero is a true double entry, cloud-based financial software with the motto "Beautiful Accounting Software". Xero offers small businesses everything they need to run the financial side of their business and is our choice for our online accounting. They have an excellent mobile app too and Xero makes reconciliations, reporting, and cash flow management a breeze.

Freshbooks

This 100% web based invoicing software is amazing and definitely worth checking out. Freshbooks finally made invoicing a user-friendly and easy experience. We love it because it makes invoicing and payment collection painless, offers extensive integration features with many leading web business services, and provides simple time tracking that maps to individual client projects. Not to mention, they have the best customer service we have found for a web based service.
