Did you know that Evernote has an official way to get tech support through Twitter? The @EvernoteHelps twitter account profile states: 

The official account of Evernote Support—we're here to help. Most active M-F from 9am-5pm PST. Submit a support ticket at: https://help.evernote.com 

Follow them on Twitter to allow them to direct message you if needed, and also to see status updates regarding a scheduled maintenance, or system-wide issues that might occur.
